Manually Add Numbers On Webex Cloud Connect
If you did not provider consent to your Service provider or Channel reseller to access your Webex Cloud Connect platform (you did not receive a Token email invitation during the Onboarding process), then you must manually add the desired calling numbers to your site location.
Do not move numbers between locations. Instead, first remove it from the old location and then add it to the new location.

| 1. | In the webex Control Hub, in the Navigation pane, select PSTN & Routing. |
| 2. | From the Manage drop-down list, choose Add. |
| 3. | Add the desired phone numbers to the relevant site location. |
Your Service Provider or channel reseller must add this location manually to Live Platform if you did not receive a Token Email Invitation to consent to their access to your Webex Cloud Connect organization.
